Our app does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect and communicate with compatible devices. It only sends control commands and receives status updates from these devices. No other device or user data is accessed or transmitted.
- Android: The app may request location permission when starting BLE scanning. This permission is required by the operating system to perform Bluetooth scanning. The app does not access, record, or use your location data.
- iOS: The app requests Bluetooth access via the system prompt. This permission is required solely for device communication and does not allow the app to access your location or other personal data.
We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.
2. How We Use Bluetooth
Bluetooth is used exclusively for communication with external devices.
- No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.
- Communication with devices uses standard BLE security protocols to ensure reasonable protection of your data.
- All transmitted data is limited to commands and status information only.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share any information with third parties.
- No personal, device, or location data is transferred outside your phone.
- We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information.
4. Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 in the U.S., or under the applicable age of digital consent in EU countries (typically 13–16).
In compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
Since we do not collect or store personal information, GDPR and similar regulations do not practically apply. Nevertheless, we are committed to transparency and user privacy.
